Long time.It has yet again been a long while since I have posted anything here so lets do away with the formalities and see what I have been doing, shall we?

Well. Most of this last week I was in class and doing homework for those classes. I did about 11 hours of homework just last night between my two english classes. Most of it was for Eng 201A, my advanced comp class. The class it self should be fun actually, but we have these workshops see, and before we can go to the workshop, which is part of our grade, we have to do these worksheets.. and boy do they suck! They are full of good information and practice, but they are just so repetitive, I will get over it though. By the time that I get done with this class I should be a much better writer, grammatically speaking anyway.

Other than homework I went to Pixie and bowling with Gap on Friday, that was a lot of fun. Lucy decided that it would be cool for her to pay; and in my current financial condition that is probably a good thing because I really can't afford to be going out all the time.

Tomorrow I have my classes from 9:00 until noon, then I have to get somethings at the bookstore, and look for somethings for my brother, then it is off to Lucinda's for the evening, or most of it anyway.

That is really about it. More to come in the next couple of days so stay tuned!

Ahh.So it has been four days since we have last spoken, that puts us at Thursday. What has happened in these four days you may ask, well I will tell you, consider the following:

Thursday I did my home work for Friday, this amounted to essentially doing some math problems and reading a few pages about language for my Eng 175 class. Other than that thursday held nothing super special for me. I spent some time with Lucinda and that is always special, but that is about all that I can remember that was special.

Friday I went to my classes. I had to write a writing sample for my first class that had a prompt of: " In a brief, but complete essay, describe the way that you get from this classroom to your abode (Dorm, car, house, apartment etc.)"
All in all it was easy and only took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. After I was done I went online for a couple minutes and talked to my professor while the others finished and I waited for it to be remotely close to time to head downstairs to my next class.

In my next class we just talked about the reading from the night before (this is the language class that is Eng 175, the class before this is Advanced Comp. or Eng 201A.) Easy class period, we received more homework in that class which was more reading about language, nothing big, all of six pages.

In my math class we continued to talk about simple interest and a little about functions. This class should be good and the professor explains things really well and would seem to be the kind of guy that is really approachable if you have a question; all good things for me.

Friday night Lucinda and I baby sat for one of our friends from Gap that have an 18 month old, that was actually really fun, the kid is great. When that was done we went back to Lucinda's and hung out for a bit then went to bed.

Saturday brought sleeping until ten, which is cool because the last few days I have been getting up at 8:00 am naturally, but I slept this morning so that was good. I mostly bummed about today until 5 when Lucinda and I met some of her house mates and the girl we baby sat for at Great Wall, a chinese buffet in town. That was fun.

When we were done at great wall we came back to the house because there was a Gap party here this evening. It was fun, not as big as normal because of all the snow, but it was less to have to clean at the end so that was nice.

So now Sunday is upon us and we shall see what it holds, so far I have talked with friends here at the house and written this. I have to be ready for Church by 10:00 am and then Lucinda and I will be going shopping for Tuesday when we will be cooking a meal together and then eating it, something we plan to do every Tuesday. This will be fun for sure. After that I need to come back and do some homework and then clean my room. After that it is just chillin until leadership at 7:00 pm. Should be a fun day.

Hopefully I will update this again tomorrow night, depending on how tired I am when I get in.

Stay tuned for the next exciting installment of what I did today!!!!!!

TiredThree days have gone by since my last post so lets see what all is new, shall we?

I went to the leadership retreat and that was... interesting... to say the least. Jake lead it as Nate is away on business so that was a change, and we fasted the whole time but that really wasn't so bad, just a lost minute and unexpected change. Lucy's car kind of died while we were there, I say only kinda because we had to jump it twice, once at the church and once at big boy, what a pain. I suspect it is a bad battery and/or a bad alternator. She is having Lance take a look at it tomorrow sometime.

Classes started Wednesday (yesterday as I am typing this) and they went well, I think I will like all my classes this semester as I have liked the ones I have been to and have one more to go to day.

The first Gap of the semester was today and it was pretty good, Jake spoke, that was interesting. I am just not used to him speaking and his style, but that is not a bad thing, just something that I have to get used to because I am sure this will not be the last time he speaks at Gap.

Well, I think that's about it, or that is about all I can think of, take your pick. I will be off to bed here soon so I will get more out here soon.

Good Night and God Bless!

Crazy DaysCrazy.. that is what the last two days have been for me. Saturday I spent most of my time playing Super Nintendo games as I will not really have time to the next 16 weeks or so, unless I am home on break. I found out yesterday that I am going to have to drop a class to be able to afford school next semester. It wasn't hard to decide which one: CPS 180 Intro to Programming. I could have dropped my math class: MTH 116 Business math 1, but it is something I can actually use and apply so I should be able to do fine in it.

Today was worse. I got up about 10:30 EST or so and got ready to go to the viewing for Steve who died Thursday in spite of life support. Went to that at about 13:30 (1:30 PM) and stayed for about an hour and a half, my friend Zak and a bunch of other people from work went as well. It was really weird to see Steve like that, in the casket and all. He was this nicest guy too. So sad, it is going to take a lot of time to get used to not having him around.

Worked tonight from 17:00 (5:00 PM) to 21:30 (9:30 PM) and I go back to school tomorrow sometime, probably leaving here between 11:00 and 11:30. Once I get up there I will have to get expenses for next semester taken care of and go to the leadership retreat, which starts at 17:00. That is about it. More either tomorrow before the retreat or on Tuesday sometime.

God Bless!

Better DayWell, yesterday was a better day. I spent most of it with Lucinda. Ann came over about 10 AM or so and Lucinda, Ann and I went out to breakfast, Ellen joined us as well. We went to Groves, a local 'greasy spoon' type restaurant that has really good breakfast.

Mostly we just sat around the house though, which was good because we had been doing a good amount of running around the previous couple days.

Today Lucinda has to go back to school. I don't want her to leave and will likely be a traumatic experience, as it always is when we part. It wouldn't be so bad, but I have to work on Sunday so I can't go back with her. I will see her on Monday though, and by then I would hope she would have recovered from taking the Michigan basic skills test.

That's about the run down for now. More tonight in this riveting, heart-stopping, sometimes gut-wrenching saga that is my life. Stay tuned!!!!!

And the crap hits the fan, hardcore.Ok, the crap hit the fan last night.

Well, this is what happened. I found this all out last night when I was getting ready for bed and talking to my friend Zak online.

So we there is this bartender at work, Steve, and he had told some of us that he had a jealous boyfriend after him. Little did we know he was not kidding. So I found out last night that this boy friend finally caught up to him on Saturday night. This boy friend had six other men with him from what I was told and the they beat him into a coma with a bat or bats. Anyway, I guess he has been in a coma since then and they were supposed to be pulling the plug on his life support on late last night or early this morning. Need less to say everyone that knows is not exactly in the best of spirits about it.

Now, I must say that the reason that this man had for beating Steve was rather stupid. He did it because Steve was flirting with his girlfriend, now Steve did not know she had a boyfriend either. But to beat someone to death because he was flirting with out knowing that the person was with something is rather stupid I think.

I will likely be doing some kind of memorial or tribute on the main site, so look for it in the next couple of months.

HelloWell, this is the first post since I have moved to blogger. Hopefully this is working smoothly and I can get back to regular postings. I hope to have the rest of the site up and running soon. Most of the stuff is working and I will be devoting sometime to getting it done. I am using dreamweaver mostly at the moment and don't like it a lot so I will be switching to GoLive soon! See you all around.
